American Traveler seeks a Radiation Therapist with IA state license, ARRT (T) certification, and recent EPIC experience for a day shift position in a Radiation Oncology department.

Details

• Work in a hospital-based Radiation Oncology department
• Four 10-hour day shifts per week, 6:30 am to 5:00 pm, with a rotating day off
• No on-call or weekend requirements
• Treat oncology patients using advanced equipment, including TrueBeam, Halcyon, and TrueBeam Edge (preferred)
• Utilizes EPIC for EMR; experience required
• ARIA/Eclipse experience is highly preferred

Requirements

• Active Iowa State Radiation Oncology license required if applicable
• Minimum of 24 months recent Radiation Therapy experience required
• Current ARRT certification with 'T - radiation therapy' discipline required
• AHA BLS certification required
• Experience with EPIC EMR required
• Experience with ARIA/Eclipse and advanced radiation equipment preferred
• Driver’s license required
• Travel experience highly preferred

Additional Information

• Duties include administering radiation therapy treatments to oncology patients and documenting in EMR
• Professional reference from a supervisor within the past 24 months is preferred
• Must provide up-to-date skills checklist specific to Radiation Therapy
• Supportive team environment with no on-call obligations
• Orientation is provided at the start of the assignment
