American Traveler is seeking an experienced CT Technologist with ARRT (CT) and FL Rad Tech license for a 13-week day shift contract.

Details

• Position is in a hospital-based CT scanner department
• Day shifts from 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM, Friday through Monday
• Provides diagnostic imaging services for both inpatient and outpatient populations
• Floating between campuses may be required
• Procedures include routine CT scans, fluoroscopy, portable radiography, C-arm, operating room imaging, as well as biopsy and drainage procedures
• Uses Philips CT equipment

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year recent experience as a CT Technologist
• Graduation from an accredited AMA school of radiologic technology
• Active ARRT (CT) certification
• Current Florida Radiologic Technologist license required if applicable
• Experience operating Philips CT equipment
• AHCA fingerprinting required for all Florida placements
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more in the past 12 months

Additional Information

• Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in cross-sectional anatomy and studies with or without contrast
• RTO (Requested Time Off) must be less than 1 week
• Holiday coverage may be required based on unit need
• Returning travelers cannot have been perm staff at a CHS facility within the past 2 years
• No local travelers permitted within a 50-mile radius
• Scrub color policy will be provided by the facility
• Certifications must be valid through at least 30 days after contract start
