American Traveler is seeking an experienced Surgical Technologist for a day shift Operating Room position requiring previous travel and Level 1 Trauma experience.

Details

• Position based in a hospital Operating Room setting
• Day shifts from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM, three 12-hour shifts per week
• No call or block scheduling required
• Weekend and holiday coverage required
• Level 1 Trauma environment with exposure to trauma and burn cases

Requirements

• Previous travel experience required
• Level 1 Trauma experience required
• Burn experience preferred
• High proficiency in OR surgical technologist skills
• 2 references from supervisors or managers from similar experience within the last 2 years
• Copy of current certifications required
• Verification of active licensure required if applicable
• Skills checklist relevant to surgical technology specialty

Additional Information

• Will assist with a variety of surgical procedures in a fast-paced trauma-oriented environment
• Must be prepared to cover weekend and holiday shifts as part of the regular schedule
• Strong teamwork skills needed in a high-acuity OR environment
• Up-to-date resume with detailed work history, explained employment gaps, and documented EMR experience is required for consideration
