Description

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for night shifts with at least 2 years of experience, ARRT and BLS certification, and an active Illinois license.

Details

• Work in a hospital-based CT department
• Schedule is 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, three 12-hour shifts per week
• Rotating weekends required, every other weekend
• Floating may be required within the discipline across local campuses
• Patient population and case types typical for hospital CT services
• Uses Epic EMR system; experience is preferred

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years CT technologist experience required
• Active ARRT certification required
• Current BLS certification (AHA) required
• Active Illinois license required; must apply for Iowa license at time of offer (license required if applicable)
• Driver’s license required
• One supervisory reference from within the last 2 years is required
• Comprehensive work history and recent skills checklist required

Additional Information

• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to qualify for the travel rate
• Team members are expected to function as part of an interdisciplinary team
• 12-hour night shifts with every other weekend requirement
• Participation in hospital orientation is required
• Scrub color or dress code will be discussed during onboarding
