American Traveler is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist with at least 2 years of experience and NMTCB certification for an acute care assignment.

Details

• Work in an acute care setting on a dedicated nuclear medicine unit
• Perform radionuclide procedures, exercise, and pharmacological nuclear stress tests
• Typical schedule is 5 day shifts, 8 hours each with a 1 hour lunch
• Uses Allscripts EMR system

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of nuclear medicine technologist experience required
• Current BLS (AHA) and Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) via NMTCB required
• Current NYS license and NMTCB registry required
• Experience with Allscripts EMR preferred
• License required if applicable

Additional Information

• Prepare patients for nuclear imaging testing and ensure proper documentation
• Responsible for completing forms and entering required information into the computer system
• Day shift schedule
• No orientation hours provided
