Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced EEG Technologist with a valid CA license and a minimum of 3 years EEG experience for inpatient and outpatient work.

Details

• Work in inpatient and outpatient settings including ICU and ER
• Responsible for conducting EEG tests on a varied patient population
• Day shifts Monday through Friday, either 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• On-call coverage required from end of shift to 8:00 PM weekdays and 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM weekends
• Epic charting experience preferred

Requirements

• Current CA license required if applicable
• R.EEGT. credential required
• Minimum 3 years of EEG technologist experience
• Copy of all AHA certifications required at time of consideration
• Must provide a 7-year accurate work history for verification
• Epic EMR experience preferred

Additional Information

• Must be available to complete lab work within 3-5 days of accepting offer
• Return travelers must have been gone at least 1 year to be eligible
• Only one holiday off will be approved during the assignment
• 50-mile radius rule applies for travel pay
• Locals are accepted at a different pay rate
• Required to complete e-learning orientation modules, typically 1-5 hours
