American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for night shifts with ARRT (CT/R) certification and 1 year of CT experience required.

Details

• Night shift position working Monday through Thursday from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Located in a CT department within a hospital setting
• Assignment length is 13 weeks
• Responsibilities include CT scans, IV competency, and CTA work
• Use of Altera EMR and McKesson/Change PACS for imaging and documentation
• Portable X-ray and X-ray procedures may be performed according to facility protocols
• Travelers may be required to float within scope of practice per facility policy

Requirements

• Current ARRT (CT) and ARRT (R) certifications required
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum of 1 year recent CT experience required
• Knowledge of IV competency and computed tomography angiography (CTA) required
• Experience with Altera EMR and McKesson/Change PACS required
• Epic charting experience within the last 12 months required and must pass a competency exam
• State license required if applicable
• Must be able to perform portable X-ray according to protocols

Additional Information

• Both local and first-time travelers will be considered at the same rate
• Two professional references required for consideration
• All certifications must be active and in hand at submission
• Return travelers should be identified for eligibility review
• Men must be clean shaven to pass Fit Test; facial hair failures are not accepted
• No block or schedule requests can be accommodated during the contract
• All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted up front; no additional RTO will be approved
