American Traveler is seeking an ARRT-certified CT Technologist with experience in both CT and X-ray to work in a Level I trauma setting.

Details

• Position takes place in a Level I trauma center radiology department
• Shifts are 4x10 hours, day shifts from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM with every other weekend required
• One weekend of call and assignment of holiday coverage as required
• Volume is typically 270-290 scans per day
• Uses GE and Toshiba/Cannon CT imaging equipment
• EPIC EMR is utilized and experience is preferred
• Traveler may be expected to float as needed within the facility

Requirements

• ARRT certification in both CT and X-ray required
• Minimum of 2 years experience preferred, but candidates with Level I or II trauma experience may be considered with less
• Graduate of an accredited radiography program
• Active Ohio State License required, pending license accepted (License required if applicable)
• Current BLS certification
• Experience with GE and/or Toshiba/Cannon CT equipment

Additional Information

• Duties include performing and completing diagnostic CT and radiology procedures, ensuring radiation safety, and proper patient positioning
• Charcoal grey scrubs are required
• Pre-employment modules averaging 12 hours must be completed prior to start
• Candidates must live more than 100 miles from the facility to be eligible
• Return staff must not have worked at an OhioHealth facility in the last 366 days to be considered
• Frequent call offs or no call/no show may result in termination
