American Traveler seeks a Certified Surgical Technologist for a day shift Operating Room position requiring at least one year of experience.

Details

• Work in the hospital Operating Room department
• Day shift schedule from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
• 13-week travel contract length
• Care for surgical patients as part of the perioperative team

Requirements

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential required
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience as a Surgical Technologist
• Active certifications must be provided for consideration
• License required if applicable
• Ability to meet a 50-mile radius rule for eligibility

Additional Information

• Assist surgical team with preparing operating rooms, instruments, and supplies
• Participate in pre-, intra-, and post-operative responsibilities for scheduled procedures
• Work collaboratively with surgeons, nurses, and surgical staff
• Scrub attire is required in the operating room
• Adherence to facility's infection control and safety protocols
• Holiday coverage may be required based on departmental needs
