American Traveler is seeking an Interventional Radiology Technologist with neuro IR and scrub experience for a day shift contract, requiring on-call availability and appropriate licensure.

Details

• Work in an interventional radiology unit specializing in neuro interventional procedures
• Day shift position with four 10-hour shifts per week, 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM
• On-call required with a 30-minute response time
• Rotating weekend shifts included
• Must be able to float as assigned during emergency events

Requirements

• Current Compact or LA Allied Health license in hand, or must apply within 72 hours of signing; license required if applicable
• Minimum 1 year of interventional radiology experience with neuro and scrub experience, or 2 years of IR experience if no neuro/scrub background
• AHA certifications required
• Must live at least 65 miles from the facility as shown on driver’s license
• Ability to scrub and perform neuro interventional procedures

Additional Information

• May be assigned to an Emergency Team and required to remain at the facility during emergency events as directed by the unit manager
• Five-day orientation program with facility modules completed during orientation hours
• Previous employees or contractors must have a 1-year separation from the facility before returning as a traveler
• Scrub attire required for this role
• References from 2 managers or supervisors will be required for contract clearance
• RTO (time off) requests must be discussed during the interview
