Description

American Traveler is seeking an Echo Technologist / Cardiac Sonographer for a weekday day shift position requiring recent Epic experience and ARDMS (RDCS) or CCI (RCS) certification.

Details

• Work in a hospital-based radiology/cardiology department
• Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM day shifts
• No weekend or on-call requirements
• Responsibilities include performing ECHOs and transesophageal echocardiograms (TEEs)
• EPIC charting experience within the last 12 months required

Requirements

• Current ARDMS (RDCS) or CCI (RCS) certification
• BLS certification required
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Echo Tech or Cardiac Sonographer
• Proven Epic EMR experience within the last 12 months required
• License required if applicable

Additional Information

• First-time travelers and local candidates accepted at the same rate
• Travelers may be required to float as needed per facility policy
• Must pass an Epic competency exam on the first attempt
• Applicants must be clean-shaven to pass a fit test
• References are required for consideration
• All requested time off must be declared up front; additional requests will not be approved
