Description

American Traveler is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist with at least 1 year of experience, BLS and ARRT (R)(N) or NMTCB certification, and Epic charting proficiency.

Details

• Work primarily in the Nuclear Cardiology department with cross coverage at an additional site
• Patient assignment is 1:1
• Shifts are 5x8, Monday through Friday, with flexible start times between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM or 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM
• No weekends or on-call required
• Epic EMR experience is required
• Floating to multiple designated locations as needed

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year recent experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist
• Current BLS certification
• ARRT (R)(N) or NMTCB required
• Epic charting experience required
• NY license required if applicable
• Must live more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify as a traveler
• First time travelers are accepted

Additional Information

• May be required to cover up to two sites within the system
• All required modules must be completed before starting and may take up to 10 hours
• May float between designated units based on staffing needs
• Return staff are eligible after 1 year
• Time off requests must be included during consideration
• Professional dress code or scrubs per unit policy
