• Position is in a hospital operating room unit focused on surgery and recovery services
• 12-hour day shifts are required

Requirements

• Active state license required if applicable
• At least one year of recent experience in an operating room or relevant specialty setting
• Requires two clinical references from the last two places of employment, covering the past year and provided by leadership
• Complete employment history for the past 7 years, with explanations for any gaps over 30 days
• Current skills checklist, valid within one year, must be provided

Additional Information

• Responsibilities include assisting in surgical procedures and supporting the perioperative team
• References must include facility name, dates of employment, specialty, and name and title of the reference provider
• At least one reference must be from a Nurse Manager or Unit Director; the other may come from a Charge Nurse
