Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced MRI Technologist with ARRT or ARMRIT certification, BLS, and recent Epic and Philips MRI experience for a flexible schedule assignment.

Details

• Assignment up to 32 weeks in a teaching hospital environment
• Primarily MRI imaging duties with no on-call requirement
• Schedule includes 1-2 weekends per month with flexibility required for shifts
• Workdays may include any day Monday through Sunday
• Experience with Philips MRI equipment is required; strong candidates with other equipment will be considered
• Use of Epic EMR is required and must have been used within the past 2 years

Requirements

• Current BLS certification required
• ARRT or ARMRIT certification with advanced MRI licensure required
• Minimum of 1 year MRI tech experience required
• Prior teaching hospital experience required
• Epic EMR experience required within the past 2 years
• Prior travel assignment experience preferred
• License required if applicable
• Reliable transportation is required, as public transportation is not available in the area
• Vehicles must be equipped with all-season or snow tires from November through April

Additional Information

• Bi-weekly orientations occur on Mondays
• Absence of block scheduling, flexibility for coverage is necessary
• All employment gaps over 90 days must be explained for consideration
