American Traveler is hiring an Echo Technologist / Cardiac Sonographer for an outpatient cardiology setting with day shifts and the potential for a permanent position.

Details

• Position is based in an outpatient cardiology diagnostic center
• Day shift schedule, 5x8 hour shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• No weekend or on-call requirements
• No floating between like units during this assignment
• Utilizes Epic EMR system; Epic experience is required

Requirements

• New graduates are considered; no minimum experience required as noted in posting
• Open to first-time travelers
• Valid state licensure required if applicable; pending licensure accepted but must be in hand within 4 weeks of consideration
• SSN and DOB required for consideration
• Must provide at least two supervisory references covering one year of employment in the specialty
• All required certifications must be provided for consideration

Additional Information

• Clinicians must be open to transitioning to a permanent role after the contract
• This assignment is not suitable for individuals wishing to remain travelers after completion
• Minimal time off is allowed; significant RTO may hinder consideration
• Local candidates are accepted
• Travelers are expected to float between all facilities within the state if required
• Former permanent staff must wait at least three months before returning and may not live within 50 miles of the facility
