Description

American Traveler seeks a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) for a hospital operating room position with weekday shifts and at least 1 year of recent experience required.

Details

• Work in a hospital operating room setting
• Day shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Assignment length is 13 weeks
• Applies to travel candidates only with a permanent address more than 60 miles from the facility

Requirements

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential required
• Current BLS certification (RQI certifications not accepted)
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience as a surgical technologist
• Ability to provide Social Security Number and Date of Birth for consideration
• COVID-19 vaccination card required
• License required if applicable
• Cannot have worked as perm staff at any facility managed by this health system within the past 12 months
• Cannot be employed full time elsewhere

Additional Information

• Must not have a permanent residence within 60 miles of the facility
• Not open to candidates who have worked full time at the health system in the past year
• No references required at the time of consideration
• First-time travelers will be considered
• Holiday coverage may be required based on unit needs
• Scrub color requirements will be provided by the facility
