American Traveler is seeking an experienced CVOR Tech with strong cardiac and vascular surgical skills and at least 18 months of recent CVOR experience.

Details

• Work in a hospital CVOR (Cardiovascular Operating Room) environment
• Patient population includes cardiac and vascular surgical cases, with preference for experience in neurosurgery, surgical oncology, and robotics
• Daytime 12-hour AM shifts
• Weekend call is required, with 48-60 call hours every 4-week period
• Ability to float to General OR as needed
• No local travelers allowed within a 50-mile radius

Requirements

• Minimum of 18 months full-time CVOR experience within the past 3 years, with strong endovascular skills
• State of Georgia requires education verification or national certification
• License required if applicable
• Experience performing all major cardiac and vascular procedures is required
• Must not have been a former staff member at the facility within the past 18 months

Additional Information

• Primary responsibilities include supporting and assisting in cardiovascular and vascular cases
• Weekend call coverage is required and on-call rooms are available
• Strict RTO policy: maximum of 5 days off if not during holidays, or 3 days off if near holidays, with only one holiday request allowed
• Returning employees must have a minimum separation of 18 months from the same facility
• Candidates should be prepared to demonstrate experience with cannulations and endovascular procedures
