Description

American Traveler is seeking a Cardiac Cath Technician with radiology experience, Epic EMR proficiency, and current ARRT and MA licensure.

Details

• Work in a cardiac catheterization unit with pre- and post-cath, EP, and vascular care responsibilities
• Patient population includes adult and geriatric cardiac and vascular patients
• 10-hour day shifts, 4 shifts per week
• No on-call required for this assignment
• Epic EMR system experience is required

Requirements

• Current ARRT certification is required
• Current Massachusetts (MA) license or MA Temp License is required and must be current throughout the assignment
• Radiology experience is required
• Experience with Epic EMR is required
• Certifications must not expire within 30 days of assignment start
• Flu vaccination is required
• COVID-19 vaccination required unless a medical or religious exemption is provided

Additional Information

• Responsibilities include pre- and post-cath care, electrophysiology, and vascular interventions
• Returning permanent staff are not eligible to return as travelers
• No more than 7 days of requested time off are allowed during the assignment
• Local candidates are accepted at a reduced rate for those living within 50 miles
• Blue scrubs are a preferred and safe choice
• Two professional references from the past 12 months are required for consideration
