Description

American Traveler is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist experienced in PET/CT and general nuclear medicine for a weekday, day-shift position with flexible start times.

Details

• Work in a nuclear medicine department supporting both inpatient and outpatient cases
• Daily caseload averages 33 PET/CT scans focused primarily on oncology patients
• Perform whole-body FDG, brain, cardiac, and neuroendocrine imaging using 2 PET/CT scanners
• 8-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday, with varied start times between 6:00 AM and 9:30 AM
• Optional 10-hour shifts may be available during holiday weeks
• One evening shift and one Saturday shift per month are required
• Federal holidays off
• Experience with IV starts and PACS is necessary

Requirements

• Minimum requirement of experience in PET/CT and general nuclear medicine
• Current BLS certification
• ARRT or NMTCB certification required; state license required if applicable
• Experience working with both inpatient and outpatient populations
• Ability to start IV lines and use PACS system

• RTO for February and March must be submitted with application and built into contract
