American Traveler is seeking a Sterile Processing Technician with at least 2 years of specialty experience for a 13-week hospital assignment.

Details

• Work in the Sterile Processing department of a hospital
• Expected contract length is 13 weeks
• Standard weekly schedule is four 10-hour shifts
• EPIC charting system in use, with training during orientation or option to test out
• No blocked scheduling is permitted

Requirements

• At least 2 years of recent experience in sterile processing is required
• AHA certifications are required
• Experience with EPIC charting is preferred but training is provided

Additional Information

• Candidates must cover at least two major holidays during the assignment
• A minimum 13-week break is required for returning travelers after the end of their last contract
• Only candidates who live more than 60 miles from the facility are eligible
• RTO must be listed at the time of consideration and cannot be made up at the end of contract
• KRONOS is used for timekeeping
