Description

American Traveler seeks a Certified Surgical Technologist with cardiac, vascular, and robotic experience for a CVOR travel assignment in Florida.

Details

• Position is in a hospital CVOR (Cardiovascular Operating Room) setting
• Must be experienced with cardiac, vascular, and robotic surgical cases
• Primary shift is 4x12 hour day shifts, 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM
• Call required: 1 weekend per month and 1-2 weekdays per week
• Weekend obligation is call only, Saturday and Sunday, totaling 48 hours
• May float to Main Operating Room (MOR) if no cases are scheduled

Requirements

• NBSTSA Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential required
• Minimum of 1 year of CVOR experience required
• Demonstrated experience with cardiac, vascular, and robotic procedures
• BLS certification required
• COVID-19 vaccination required
• License required if applicable

Additional Information

• Responsibilities include supporting cardiovascular, vascular, and robotic surgeries in the CVOR
• Must wear hunter green scrubs as per dress code policy
• Returning travelers must have a 1-year gap from previous assignments at this facility
• Permanent address must be at least 75 miles from the facility to qualify for the travel assignment
• Orientation is available every other week
