American Traveler is hiring an Interventional Radiology Technologist for a day shift position requiring ARRT (R), BLS/ACLS, and NJ State Radiography License eligibility with mandatory COVID vaccination and booster.

Details

• Position is within an Interventional Radiology unit
• Day shifts offered as either 4x10s (9:00 AM - 7:30 PM) or 5x8s (11:00 AM - 7:30 PM)
• Call coverage required one night per week and one weekend every four weeks, with required residence within 30 minutes of the facility
• Must be able to float as needed to the Ridgewood Observation Unit, an offsite location
• Patient population includes adults requiring interventional radiology and cardiology procedures

Requirements

• Current ARRT (R) required
• Active NJ State Radiography License required or ability to obtain within 1-2 weeks (license required if applicable)
• BLS and ACLS certifications required by start date
• Proof of COVID-19 full vaccination series and booster required at submission
• Must provide at least one recent supervisory or manager reference within 1 year of the start date
• Must start lab work within 2 business days of acceptance
• Must pass EKG/medication test if required for specialty
• Must be eligible to work in NJ and not have been a prior permanent employee of the facility in the past 7 years

Additional Information

• Position requires completion of facility modules before start and annually
• No medical or religious exemptions accepted for vaccination requirements
• Scrubs or uniform requirements not specified
• Holiday and weekend call rotation is required
• Local candidates permitted at a reduced rate and must live within a 75-mile radius
• Employment is contingent on successful completion of background check and credentialing
• Prior perm employees are not eligible for travel assignments at this facility
