American Traveler is seeking a Radiation Therapist with ARRT-T certification, BLS, and 2 years of experience for an outpatient cancer clinic using Varian TrueBeam equipment.

Details

• Outpatient cancer clinic setting
• Day shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Treats 60–100 ambulatory cancer patients daily
• Department operates 3 Varian TrueBeam Linear Accelerators each day
• Uses EPIC/Aria EMR for charting
• Weekend rotation is unlikely but possible and weekend call is rotated among the team
• Potential requirement to float to other radiation therapy sites in the greater Charlotte area with manager approval

Requirements

• Active ARRT-T Radiation Therapist certification
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum of 2 years' radiation therapy experience
• Proficiency in using Varian TrueBeam Linear Accelerators
• Experience treating various cancer diagnoses
• Radius rule: permanent address must be at least 50 miles from home unit
• License required if applicable
