Description

American Traveler is seeking a Mammography Technologist with current CA Mammography license, ARRT (M), and recent breast imaging experience.

Details

• Work in a mammography department performing both screening and diagnostic studies
• Shifts are 8 hours, primarily evening shifts (likely 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM), including every weekend with day shifts on Saturday and Sunday
• Assignment length is approximately 29 weeks
• Uses Epic EMR system

Requirements

• Active CA Mammography license and ARRT (M) required
• Completion of at least 200 mammography studies in the past two years
• Minimum of 15 CEUs in breast imaging within the last 3 years
• Experience in both screening and diagnostic mammography required
• Stereotactic and needle localization skills are a plus
• All licenses and certifications must be active at the time of consideration
• Last 4 digits of SSN and DOB required for consideration
• License required if applicable

Additional Information

• Must commit to a minimum assignment length of 26 weeks
• Local candidates are welcome and receive the same rate as travelers
• Internal policy: assignment duration may not exceed two years without a 90-day break
• Uses scrubs as standard dress code
• Position requires weekend coverage
