American Traveler is seeking a Surgical Technologist with at least 2 years of OR experience for a day shift hospital assignment.

Details

• Work in a hospital operating room (OR) as a Surgical Technologist
• Assigned to day shift hours, four 10-hour shifts per week from 6:45 am to 5:15 pm
• 13-week contract position
• Patient caseload and surgical procedures typical of OR settings

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in surgical technology required
• Current active license/certification through the appropriate state board or governing body with no actions pending; license required if applicable
• Two supervisory references required for consideration
• Copy of certifications must be provided
• Must be licensed to practice in North Carolina at time of consideration
• Documentation of work experience within the past 3 years

Additional Information

• Responsibilities include assisting surgeons during procedures and maintaining a sterile field
• Expectation to keep requested time off to a minimum, with all requests submitted for prior approval
