Description

American Traveler is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) with at least 2 years of recent experience in general, neuro, ortho, and trauma cases for a rotating schedule position.

Details

• Work in a hospital operating room as a Certified Surgical Technologist
• Day shifts (3x12 hours) from 6:30 to 19:00 with rotating days off and call responsibilities
• Patient population includes general, neuro, orthopedic, and trauma surgical cases; ENT and plastics cases preferred
• Cerner EMR is used and experience is preferred

Requirements

• Certification as a Surgical Technologist required
• Minimum of 2 years OR experience with general, neuro, ortho, and trauma cases required
• Experience in ENT and plastics cases is preferred
• License required if applicable
• Pending license accepted for consideration but must be active before start date
• Cerner EMR experience preferred

Additional Information

• Must be able to participate in call and holiday coverage
• On-site drug screening is required prior to assignment
• Applicants must reside more than 50 miles from the facility; local candidates not accepted
