American Traveler is seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist with Level 1 trauma and cardiac experience for an OR float position.

Details

• Work in a hospital operating room float pool serving multiple surgical specialties
• Position supports Level 1 trauma and cardiac cases
• Day and evening shift rotations available with 4x10 or 4x12 schedules
• Includes 2 weeks of night shifts per contract and mandatory weekend and short call shifts
• Epic EMR is used with experience preferred

Requirements

• Valid Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification through NBSTSA or NCCT required
• Minimum of 2 years of CST experience including both Level 1 trauma and cardiac procedures
• Flu vaccine required with no medical or religious exemptions allowed
• Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and calls
• License required if applicable

• May float within the OR to areas based on skillset and departmental needs

• Dress code and scrub requirements will be provided upon assignment
