Description

American Traveler is seeking a Sterile Processing Technician with CRCST certification and at least two years of recent experience to work evening shifts with floating across multiple hospital sites.

Details

• Work in the Sterile Processing department with responsibilities across up to five hospitals as needed
• Evening shift schedule, five 8-hour shifts per week from 15:00 to 23:00
• Floating required within Voorhees, Marlton, Mt. Holly, Willingboro, and OLOL locations based on staffing needs
• Weekend shifts and coverage of one winter and one summer holiday required
• No on-call requirements

Requirements

• Minimum of two years Sterile Processing experience within the last 12 months
• Current CRCST certification required
• License required if applicable
• All required state licenses and national certifications must be active and in hand at the time of consideration
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccines are required with no exemptions permitted

Additional Information

• Duties include cleaning, decontaminating, sterilizing, and preparing surgical instruments and equipment for use
• Must complete required modules and labs within specified timeframes during orientation
• First-time travelers are accepted, though previous travel experience is preferred
• Block scheduling is not permitted
• Clinicians living within 50 miles of the primary work site may be eligible at a lower pay rate
• All travelers will be fit tested prior to working and must be clean shaven
• Requested time off must be declared at the time of application and is not permitted in the first week
