Description

American Traveler is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) with strong general, orthopedic, and neuro skills for a multi-campus OR position, requiring NBSTSA CST certification and prior travel experience.

Details

• Work in the ORs of two hospital campuses with a combined 30 OR suites
• Level II trauma center environment
• Patient caseload includes general surgery, orthopedic, and neurosurgical cases
• Shift is 4x10s, starting between 0600-0700, with scheduled weekend and holiday coverage as assigned
• Floating required between two campuses within 8 miles of each other based on skillset
• On-call required once a week and every sixth weekend, with a 30-minute response time
• EPIC charting experience preferred

Requirements

• NBSTSA CST credential required
• AHA BLS certification required
• At least 1 year of CST experience in an OR required
• Completion of 1 previous travel assignment required
• Strong skillset in general, ortho, and neuro surgery required
• Must be able to float between campuses
• License required if applicable
