Description

American Traveler is seeking an Echo Technologist/Cardiac Sonographer with at least one year of experience and required ARDMS or CCI RCS certification for day shifts.

Details

• Work in an adult acute care, outpatient, ER, and ICU setting
• Perform advanced echocardiography procedures including 2-D, 3-D Echo, Bubble Study, Color Doppler, imaging with contrast agents, pharmacologic stress echo, TEE, and treadmill stress echo
• Procedures include Simpson’s Rule, Diastology, LV Strain/LV Volume, and Proximal Isovelocity Surface Area
• 5x8 hour day shifts from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
• Use Epic EMR; Epic experience required
• Floating may be required to any location within the health system

Requirements

• Minimum of one year experience as an Echo Technologist or Cardiac Sonographer
• ARDMS or CCI RCS certification required
• BLS certification required
• Experience in adult acute care, outpatient, ER, and ICU environments required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Previous charge experience preferred
• License required if applicable
• Candidates must reside at least 50 miles from the facility; no local candidates accepted

• Module training is required during orientation and hours may vary by unit
