American Traveler is seeking a Radiology Technologist specializing in OR procedures with ARRT certification and proficiency in C-arm and O-arm systems.

Details

• Work in diverse healthcare settings, including inpatient, outpatient, Level I Trauma centers, and teaching hospitals
• Position specializes in X-ray procedures for surgical interventions, including C-arm and O-arm coverage in the Operating Room
• Shift is 4x10 hours on day shift, 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Call rotation is required as part of the schedule

Requirements

• Valid ARRT certification and registration as a Radiologic Technologist (RT)
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role, preferably in a Level I Trauma or teaching hospital
• Proficiency in operating C-arm and O-arm systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Two professional references required; at least one must be from a supervisor or manager
• License required if applicable

Additional Information

• Primary duties include providing C-arm and O-arm coverage and performing X-ray procedures in the OR for surgical cases
• Role involves close collaboration with surgical and medical teams
• Continuous education and training opportunities are provided
• Fingerprinting in Ohio is required and must be completed as soon as contract is signed
• Former employees eligible if away for at least 6 months; current employees ineligible
• RTO (requested time off) must be submitted with application
